How do I post a free ad on PostKr.pk?
Click the "+ Post Ad" button at the top of any page. Fill in the title, description, price, category, city, and neighbourhood. Upload at least 1 photo and click Submit. Your ad will be reviewed and go live within a few hours.
Is it free to post an ad?
Yes, posting an ad on PostKr.pk is completely free. There are no hidden charges or commissions.
How many photos can I upload?
You can upload up to 10 photos per listing. We recommend adding as many clear photos as possible ads with more photos get significantly more views.
Why was my ad rejected?
Ads are rejected if they violate our posting guidelines, common reasons include inappropriate content, wrong category, duplicate listings, or prohibited items. You will receive an email explaining the reason. You are welcome to post a new corrected ad.
How long does it take for my ad to go live?
Most ads are reviewed and approved within a few hours. You will receive an email notification when your ad goes live.
Can I edit my ad after posting?
Yes. Go to My Ads from your account menu, find the listing you want to edit, and click the Edit button. You can update the title, description, price, photos, and other details.
Buying
How do I contact a seller?
Open the listing page and click "Send Message" to chat with the seller through PostKr.pk inbox. You can also click "Show Phone Number" to call or WhatsApp the seller directly.
Is it safe to buy on PostKr.pk?
PostKr.pk reviews all ads before they go live. However, always inspect items before paying, meet in a public place, and never pay in advance. Report any suspicious listings using the Report button on the listing page.
How do I search for items in my city?
Use the city dropdown in the search bar to filter listings by your city. You can also browse category + city pages directly for example postkr.pk/bikes-in-karachi shows all bikes in Karachi.
Account
How do I create an account?
Click "Log In" at the top of any page, then click "Create Account". Enter your name, email, phone number, city, and password. Click Register and you're ready to go.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click "Log In" then "Forgot Password". Enter your registered email address and we will send you a password reset link.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account please contact us via WhatsApp at 03410213693 or email hello@postkr.pk. Our team will process your request within 24 hours.
Where can I see all my ads?
After logging in, click your name at the top right and select "My Ads". You can view, edit, or delete any of your listings from there.
Payments & Featured Ads
How do I feature my ad?
Open your listing page and click "Feature This Ad". Choose a package, make payment via Easypaisa to 03410213693, and submit your transaction proof. Your ad will be featured within 30 minutes.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept payments via Easypaisa and JazzCash to 03410213693 (Muhammad Saud Shoukat).
How long does a featured ad last?
The Featured Ad package lasts 15 days. Facebook Ads Basic runs for 5 days and Facebook Ads Premium runs for 10 days.
I paid but my ad is not featured yet. What should I do?
Featured ads are activated within 30 minutes of payment verification. If it has been longer than 30 minutes, please contact us on WhatsApp at 03410213693 with your transaction ID.
Messages & Inbox
How do I check my messages?
Click the inbox icon or go to postkr.pk/inbox.php after logging in. All your conversations are listed there.
How do I delete a conversation?
Open the conversation and click the "Delete" button in the top right of the chat window. This will permanently delete the conversation.
How do I report or block a user?
Open the conversation with that user and click the "Spam" button. This will block the user and remove all messages. You can also use the Report button on their listing page.
